We are working on a Structures and Track Structural Engineer for a state run organization. This is one of a number of roles open within structural engineering at present.
The ideal candidate will have between 1-5 years experience ideally in heavy concrete and steel structures and track or transportation design. A specialism in rail is preferred but other aspects of transportation will be considered also.
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
- Degree Qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering, Transportation Engineering
- 1-5 years experience
- Happy to work in Dublin
- Rail, Transportation, Heavy structures experience
- Design experience
- Motivated and driven
- Excellent communication skills
- Dependable and reliable
- EU passport
- Full Driving licence
- Member of Engineers Ireland
Please note this role is a 36 hour week with 25 days annual leave plus 10 bank holidays. It is a fixed term contract that will progress to permanent upon a successful probationary period. This role will involve relief for Senior Structures staff during annual leave periods. One week in four call pattern is a part of this role. Candidates must have a full driving licence and access to their own vehicle.
