Office/Store Manager - Cork

Role and Responsibilities

  • Daily cash reconciliation using Stationmaster / Cashguard systems
  • Weekly rosters
  • Weekly payroll using Thesaurus Software package
  • Staff management and resolution of daily issues as they arise.
  • Serving customers as required for staff breaks etc
  • Analyzing sales and margins and presenting recommendations resulting
  • Stock ordering as required
  • Invoice entry and review on monthly statements

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • 3rd level qualification and/or minimum 5 years retail management experience

Preferred Skills

  • Experienced use of retail packages is an advantage
  • Experience in Payroll packages is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
