Duties:
· Identify and implement best in class sterilisation policies and systems to support the development, qualification, and on-going manufacturing of products to meet internal and external quality and regulatory requirements
· Provide project direction
· Ensure that all Sterilisation processes, products, and equipment are validated to required International standards and are maintained in a state of compliance
· Apply sound, systematic problem-solving methodologies in identifying, prioritising, communicating, and resolving Sterilisation related issues
· Advise management on potential improvement opportunities within the sterilisation program
Requirements: Sterilisation Technician
- BS in Microbiology, Biology, Biochemistry or related, scientific discipline
- Min 3+ years' experience of working in Med Device sterilisation
- FDA, ISO, MDD and and/or quality requirements experience associated with developing medical devices
- Demonstrated expertise in ethylene oxide sterilisation with a good understanding of other sterilisation methods
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Minitab
