I am seeking an enthusiastic, Social Worker for a Primary Care Service based in Dubln 16. The Social Worker will work within a multi disciplinary team supporting those in the community.

Senior and Basic Grade candidates considered

Main Purpose of role:

To provide a social work service for service users, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, to support and maximise their quality of life and to ensure agreed multidisciplinary care plans are implemented.

Professional Qualifications, Experience, etc.

• Be registered in the Social Workers Register maintained by the Social Workers Registration Board at CORU.
• Maintain live annual registration on the Social Workers Register maintained by the Social Workers Registration Board at CORU.
• 3 years exp for Senior.
