FRS are delighted to be recruiting a motivated Professionally Qualified Social Worker who has a passion for client-centred care.

The Primary Care PQSW will carry a caseload, engage in one-to-one interventions and group work, and participate in local MDT meetings. The PQSW will also provide advocacy & lead other disciplines in providing a rights-based primary care service to an array of care groups including children and adults.

Terms:

• Full time
• HSE Payscale applies depending on experience
• Contract until June 2023 with view to extend

Candidates must have the following:

• Social Work Qualification & CORU registration.
• Experience and adequate training to carry out satisfactorily the duties of the post.
