FRS Recruitment are proud to recruit for a construction company, who due to continued expansion are looking to recruit a Site Manager in Navan, Co. Meath for a residential build.

As Site Manager you will have full responsibility for construction and management of the site, ensuring a safe and efficient delivery of the project to a valued Client.

Responsibilities:

Supervise the buildings from ground-works construction through to full completion

Required to manage and coordinate all trade contractors whilst maintaining a high expectation of health & safety, quality control, and to liaise with Client's Design Team.

Making sure the project is running in accordance with the programme and on budget

Dealing with any problems which could hold up work as they arise

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidates must have 7-15 years + site or Industry experience.
  • Have strong communication and IT skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workload / excellent time management / excellent managerial skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Previous experience in similar capacity.
  • Career minded, energetic and enthusiastic.
  • Excellent people management and client skills.
  • Excellent reference and performance history.
  • This role is currently vacant (immediate start).

Salary: Negotiable, commensurate with experience.

Duration : 2 year contract with excellent career prospects.
