A leading Irish Contractor is looking to recruit a Site Manager for a Carlow based project. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years experience at site management level on construction builds. They will come from a trade or degree background. They will have worked on all aspects of construction from foundations to final handover.
The role will involve:
- Daily management of all site staff
- Coordination with design team
- Meeting with client and contractor teams
- Keeping project on time
- Ensuring the build is up to BCAR standards
The role is best suited to:
- Candidates based in Carlow, Kilkenny, Kildare, Wexford, Laois
- Degree or trade qualified
- 7-10 years experience
- Expert level knowledge of BCAR
- Keen to work on build projects
- Full Driving licence
- Site Management experience on build projects
- Fluent English
- Excellent IT skills
