The Role
My client, one of the UK & Ireland's leading services group is seeking a Cleaning Site Lead with GMP experience to manage a high-profile site in the Pharmaceutical Sector based in Dunboyne, Co. Meath with an immediate start.
As the Cleaning Site Lead, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the site, managing 35 staff members whilst reporting to the Strategic Accounts Lead. This is a full time, permanent, fully on-site position.
Tasks & Duties
- Ensuring site QEHS process and procedures are adhered too and maintaining positive culture throughout the organisations team.
- Primary Role is to ensure sustainingoperationsatGMP site:
- Manage a GMP Soft Services Team within a prescribed scope of works and reporting to organisations Strategic Lead and the on-site client.
- Liaise with client representative on all aspects of service delivery and produce weekly/monthly reports to the highest standards.
- Attend to all site requirements to agreed schedules and professional standards
- Participate in site safety programmes and when required reported as safety observation
- Review Risk Assessments and maintain control of third-party contractor and local permit requests as per site procedures.
- Continuous management of third-party contractor responsible for the delivery of planned maintenance programme including H&S, service contracts, SLA adherence and correct documentation compliance as per QEHS and GMP procedures.
- Lead and support site team in sustaining operations and to always maintain the highest GMP standards
- Ensure all contract performance issues are managed correctly and highlighted at monthly client meeting.
- Creating and presenting weekly action trackers to client.
- Tracking and delivering KPIs for review by client.
- Support and manage site related projects which may include flexibility in hrs when required.
- Implement and drive performance metrics for organisations team.
- Contract lead to encourage business improvement initiatives and develop strategy to deliver efficiency's and possible savings
- Maintain a positive/productive working relationship with local client.
Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications
- Third Level qualification in the sector would be desirable.
- Previous experience in a GMP environment is essential.
- Have a clear and positive vision towards Health and Safety and situational awareness.
- Experienced in managing budgets ensuring all agreed services are billed on time.
- Proven people management skills and the ability to communicate at all levels within the scope of the contract.
- Competent in the use of MS office packages (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook etc.)
- Is a driver in terms of defining and transforming culture within the organisation to meet business challenges.
- Demonstrated use of initiative and be self-motivating.
- Ability to resolve problems in a safe and timely manner.
- Possess a clear understanding of client requirements with the ability to build and maintain strong and productive client relationships.
