Site Administrator - North Kerry

We are seeking a Site Administrator for a long-term project on the North Kerry / West Limerick border. As Site Administrator, you will assist the site management team in administrative and management tasks as required on a day-to-day basis.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage the correspondence of the project in work and send communications in a timely manner.
  • Perform administrative tasks required by the construction management (presentations, monitoring and control of purchase requests and contracts issued, signature of invoices of suppliers, etc.)
  • Organise and preparation for meetings (reservation of rooms and necessary resources).
  • Update the photograph file of progress of work.
  • Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation.
  • Translate or manage translation emails, letters, reports etc.
  • Perform various administrative tasks (travel requests, travel expenses, travel calendars, holiday schedules, and meeting schedules).
  • Answer and filter phone calls and visits. Manage messaging submissions.
  • Manage office supplies, business cards, access permits and equipment.


Candidate requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an Administrator with 3+ years experience
  • Demonstrated excellent Documentation practices.
  • High level of IT skills Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a willingness to help others.
  • Proven ability to deal with unexpected issues using problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivation with the ability to operate without close supervision.
