Site Administrator - North Kerry
We are seeking a Site Administrator for a long-term project on the North Kerry / West Limerick border. As Site Administrator, you will assist the site management team in administrative and management tasks as required on a day-to-day basis.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Manage the correspondence of the project in work and send communications in a timely manner.
- Perform administrative tasks required by the construction management (presentations, monitoring and control of purchase requests and contracts issued, signature of invoices of suppliers, etc.)
- Organise and preparation for meetings (reservation of rooms and necessary resources).
- Update the photograph file of progress of work.
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation.
- Translate or manage translation emails, letters, reports etc.
- Perform various administrative tasks (travel requests, travel expenses, travel calendars, holiday schedules, and meeting schedules).
- Answer and filter phone calls and visits. Manage messaging submissions.
- Manage office supplies, business cards, access permits and equipment.
Candidate requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Administrator with 3+ years experience
- Demonstrated excellent Documentation practices.
- High level of IT skills Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a willingness to help others.
- Proven ability to deal with unexpected issues using problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivation with the ability to operate without close supervision.
