Our client a busy manufacturing company based in the Wexford / Carlow area have a 9-month full time contract available for an experienced administrator to join their shipping department.
- Preparation of shipping paperwork and documents
- Inputting data / spreadsheets
- Answering the phone/ relaying info/ taking messages
- Invoicing Customers
- Preparation of customs documentation
- Document control, ensuring all shipping and freight documentation is accurate/compliant.
- Problem solving and developing short notice solutions for supplying customers even in exceptional circumstances.
- 1 years + work experience as a Logistics Administrator, Warehouse Administrator or similar role is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Good communication skills
- Team Player
- Ability to work under pressure and on their own initiative.
