Job Overview

One of Ireland's most recognisable brands is looking to expand its IT Operations Team due to continuing growth.


You will provision Sharepoint support services and build workflows using Power Automate to remove manual processes.

In this role you will be:

  • Supporting and maintaining Sharepoint online
  • Developing technical solutions for Sharepoint Online using Sharepoint Designer, Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to understand and document Sharepoint requirements
  • Optimising and process automation.
  • Liaise with Third Party suppliers, manage third-party relationships and support 3rd party software.

Requirements

  • Experience in Systems Support, with a primary focus on Sharepoint based solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in web development
  • Strong understanding of Sharepoint administration.
  • Third-Party vendor management
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
  • Desirable to have experience with Robotic Process Automation and using tools like Power Automate to digitalise processes.
