OVERVIEW:
Due to continued development and expansion, our client is currently recruiting for a Setting out Engineer in Dublin City Centre.

Responsibilities:
Checking plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
Monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client/ architect.
Liaising with consultants/ subcontractors/ supervisors/ planners/ quantity surveyors etc.
Liaising with clients and their representatives, including attending regular meetings to keep them informed.
Planning work and efficiently organising site facilities to meet agreed time-lines.
Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
Setting out, levelling, and surveying the site.
Overseeing Quality Control and the implementation of the company H&S policy on site.
Preparing reports as required.
Requirements:
At least 2 year's experience.
A third level Engineering degree.
Strong written communication abilities and an attention to detail.
Confident and experienced in the use of Microsoft Office; Project and PowerPoint.
The ability to work on own initiative.
