Service Management Engineer - Graduate
- Capacity Management and Planning for the entire IT infrastructure.
- Ability to create and run extensive capacity reports.
- Manage and administer core functions of the tools in ITSM department (IBM Tivoli Monitoring, uCMDB, HP Asset Manager, Syslog-ng, IBM BigFix, Arxview, Disaster Recovery).
- Produce and maintain internal knowledgebase articles.
- Service application and infrastructure requests.
- Provide expertise during critical issue response.
- On-call and out of hours support on rotation.
- A valid passport and ability to travel to the USA.
