Service Desk Coordinator

Job Overview

FRS Recruitment are currently recruiting a Service Desk Coordinator for initially 1 month temporary role (with potential to become permanent employee) based in South Dublin.

Job description:

  • Responsible for the smooth running of Service Desk, managing assigned group of engineers;
  • Managing high-volume calls & emails;
  • Logging calls and allocating them to relevant local engineers, while using geographical knowledge to advise engineers located nationwide;
  • Updating online portals for customers;
  • Data entry/copy typing records on to a system or spreadsheet;
  • Daily phone and email communications with Area Controllers, Engineers, customers and internal departments daily.

Requirements:

  • Excellent telephone manner & previous experience in a customer focused role, handling enquiries over the phone;
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure, processing work quickly and accurately, flexing between tasks and prioritising effectively;
  • Computer literate, competency in Microsoft office Suite is essential;
  • Demonstrates good attention to detail across all areas of work;
  • Good geographical knowledge is preferable;
  • Available to start immediately.
