The Service Delivery Manager - International, is a vital role in developing and managing our Technical support, Service Management operation. The successful candidate will be a team player, well motivated, and will be obsessed with delivering an incredible experience to our customers; vital to our Customer For Life ethos. The Service Management solution we have developed is truly industry leading, both in terms of its capability and the platform being available on Premise or in the Cloud.
Service Delivery Manager:
- Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching/mentoring to the Service Management Cloud/Premise Technical Support Team.
- Provides Management with metrics and status reporting
- Lead group operational meetings and resource planning.
- Submits and communicates performance evaluations to their staff and provides team training/development plans.
- Ability to work cooperatively within a global team.
- Experience of operating a follow the sun support model.
- Ability to motivate a team to achieve high service standards.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communications skills.
