My client, a leading IT professional services company, requires a permanent Service Delivery Manager to lead the service team. You will also provide high level technical support as required and when by the team.

Your role will include some of the following tasks;

  • Lead, motivate and positively encourage the team.
  • Manage the daily activities and workload of the team with an emphasis on operational efficiency.
  • Manage timely resolution of service requests to agreed SLAs
  • Positive attitude to problem solving and resolution of requests.
  • Promote and drive exceptional customer service.
  • Liaise with clients to ensure requests are resolved to customer satisfaction.

As an experienced Service Delivery Manager, you will have;

  • Proven track record as a Service Delivery Manager or Service Desk Team Lead
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • A proven track record of managing a team, including mentoring, coaching, performance reviews, one to one meetings, motivating, setting daily tasks, creating career progression plans etc
  • Strong Technical background.
  • Experience with a MSP or IT Operations experience.
  • Experience in a cloud environment would be a plus.
