Service Delivery Coordinator (Laois)

Job Overview

FRS Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a leading Beverage/Service provider which caters both the Foodservice, Retail and Hospitality sectors in Ireland (Nationwide). The role of Service Delivery Coordinator is a full-time permanent post and is based in Co. Laois.

In this role you will work closely with key customers and internal planning teams to support operational requirements, the role will be responsible for reviewing open service jobs, customer reporting and third-party systems management in order to provide dedicated, pro-active service support to our clients' accounts

Duties & responsibilities

  • Liaise with key accounts and third-party facilities teams, maintaining a strong relationship with key stakeholders
  • Set-up and maintain customer reports using MS Excel, regularly review open jobs and ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met
  • Interpret data and set context to drive business opportunities and customer focus
  • Build strong relationships within customers' regional management structure, delivering excellent customer service
  • Understand and influence the customer journey, underpinning service capabilities to provide positive customer and business outcomes
  • Manage and on-board third-party facilities software and guarantee jobs are closed correctly to ensure SLAs are achieved
  • Monthly review of external third-party reports and feedback to customers
  • Consistent review of Planned Preventative Maintenance schedules to ensure compliance
  • Work closely with internal colleagues and attend on and off-site customer meetings when required
  • Liaise with engineers to ensure achievement of site access processes

Candidate profile

  • A passion for delivering first class customer service
  • Excellent geographical knowledge of Ireland
  • Able to multitask and prioritise workload in a pressurised environment
  • Demonstrable business improvement experience, focused on collaboration and service delivery
  • Communication-Internal/external customer escalations
  • Strong admin/customer service background
  • IT skills (Outlook, Word), particularly Excel for reports
