Are you currently based in Midlands? Do you have experience within residential builds? Are you looking to take on a more senior position? Do you want to manage a business unit within a firm? This could the option for you. My client is looking to expand its current team to take on a Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee a residential build in Offaly.
This is an ideal role for someone who is struggling to get ahead in their current organization. This is a role with a driven and motivated candidate.
The role is suitable for those based in Leinster with residential construction experience.
The role is best suited to those who meet the following criteria:
- 10 years plus experience within Construction
- Have worked on construction elements of residential projects
- Based in Leinster or looking to relocate
- Keen to take on divisional manager role within residential builds
- Excellent network within residential build projects in Ireland
- Has managed teams of project managers and site managers in the past
- Has worked on multi unit builds in the past
- Key communicator and negotiator
- Excellent planning and management skills
- Superb IT skills
