Job Overview

Senior Recruitment Advisor : Manage the end to end vacancy management.: Dual Site - Limerick

You will be accountable for the design & delivery of the end to end recruitment process for live vacancies to ensure hiring needs are met within KPIs & the full satisfaction of all stakeholders.


  • End to end recruitment, to include -Briefings with hiring managers
  • Putting in place a robust Vacancy Management Plan and Vacancy Attraction Plan
  • Attraction and pre selection, facilitating the assessment process Offer management
  • Managing stakeholder relationships, to include; line managers, HR and department heads
  • Ensuring best in class attraction, segmented and planned by workforce type
  • Management of third party suppliers where necessary
  • Building expertise in the client's business
  • Responsible for ensuring all KPI's are consistently met
  • Vacancies are filled with the right people at the right time & at the right cost as defined by SLAs / KPIs & individual customer needs

Requirements and Experience

  • Recruitment experience in either an agency or in house / onsite - Knowledge of Irish Market Essential
  • You will be self motivated, organised and have a desire to attracting the best possible talent
  • Experience at navigating recruitment systems and portals
  • Direct search methodologies
  • Capability to manage a number of open vacancies in an end to end capacity
  • Excellent stakeholder relationship skills
  • Influencing and negotiating skills
  • Highly organised and resilient
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to produce and analyse data, identify opportunities and using data to drive decisions
