Role Overview

Your responsibilities will oversee Quality, IT, Training, Risk, day to day operations plus strategic and business planning. The role of the Senior Operations Officer will be to support the organisation by developing, enhancing and maintaining the various documents, plans and processes for the organisation

Responsibilities

  • Business plan & action plans - monitoring and controlling of the same
  • Risk management - maintaining a risk register, assisting teams in managing their risks and providing reports for Senior Management and the Board on the same
  • Change management - project planning and delivery of change management requests
  • Metrics management - assisting teams in managing their metrics and providing reports for Senior Management and the Board on the same
  • Data analysis & report writing
  • Facilities management
  • External providers - relationship management
  • GDPR - responding to internal and external queries, assisting other teams managing their GDPR obligations

Skills & experience

  • Prior experience in a similar role, specifically with strong experience in business planning, risk management, data analysis & report writing;
  • a problem-solving mentality;
  • great attention to detail;
  • an ability to multi-task;
  • strong organisational skills; and
  • be comfortable using MS Office, a CRM and other similar applications.

35 hour week. Office based in Dublin with some flexibility to work remotely

Initially a two year FTC with view to permanency
