Senior IT Engineer

Job Overview

My client requires a Senior IT Engineer requires to join their team to manage the operations of local IT systems and infrastructure in the site while also providing support to all users on-site and assisting departments in managing their IT systems.

You will be responsible for:

• Level 2&3 support to troubleshoot desktop and user-related issues
• Ensure continuous improvement culture in managing life cycle and deploying hardware, software, and systems used on-site.
• Participate in global groups to manage, update, and upgrade systems like Active Directory, anti-virus systems, networks, app deployment, help-desk and infrastructure

You will have:

• Experience in a GxP environment
• Cisco Certified
• knowledge and working experience of ITIL processes.
• Strong background or experience in Microsoft Systems, including AD, LDAP, etc.
• Strong background in Networking Systems Administration
