Senior International Payments Coordinator

The main aim of the role initially will be to create customer payments and to ensure reconciliation and reporting of balances on customer accounts is complete and all transactions are recorded into the finance system.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Input of payments to client bank accounts
  • Gathering of backup for payments
  • Investigation of unexpected or unfamiliar transactions
  • Monitoring of payments from bank accounts
  • Set up and monitor on-going International payments in partnership with third-party International Payment providers to ensure adherence to on time payments, compliance and audit
  • Bank reconciliations and proof of payment to satisfy customers requirements
  • Report balance and turn over on accounts at month end
  • Audit of invoices for payment services
  • Daily upload of client banking transactions into NAV finance system & allocation to respective creditor accounts
  • Audit of customer due diligence information
  • Providing support to Trainees and Coordinators in International Payments team
