FRS Recruitment are pleased to work in close partnership with our client in Dublin South West who are now hiring an experienced EMEA Payroll Specialist to join their rapidly growing business.

Strong International payroll experience is an essential requirement for the role, and the successful candidate will work closely within the Finance team to ensure the successful, efficient and accurate processing of payroll across several locations - circa 600 employees and growing.

On a daily basis , you will prepare weekly payroll for onsite employees, prep monthly information with regards starters/leavers to be given to third party payroll providers and ensuring all staff are registered correctly in the jursidiction they are employed.

You will be the go to for payroll queries - work permits, EHIC cards etc and also deal with monthly expenses and claims forms. Sage and Softworks are the packages/systems used and the role is offered on a permanent basis.

Ipass qualificiation, strong proficiency in MS Office suite and solid relevant experience in a similiar role with international payroll exposure is required.
