Job Overview

Our client a GP Surgery based in the Laois area is seeking to recruit a Receptionist / Secretary for an ongoing part time contract position. Applicants must have previous office admin / reception experience ideally within a medical environment although not essential. This is a contract position so may not suit if you are currently working. Duties to include: dealing with incoming calls, making appointments and typing correspondence. Full training provided. Monday to Friday 9.30 - 5pm (Opening hours)
Applicants must have excellent telephone and communication skills, be computer literate with good attention to detail.
