Secretary / Receptionist
My client based in Dublin 2 is looking for a Secretary / Receptionist to join their close knit team.
The role is full time in the office.
It is a Permanent position.
- Preparing, stamping and filing of courts forms and proceedings
- Amending documents, letters and emails
- Filing - keeping hardcopy file up to date and in order to mirror Evolve file
- Post management; scanning to corresponding file and physical matching of post to file
- Diary management
- Any other duties which may be required to ensure office efficiency.
- Previous secretarial experience essential
- Excellent computer skills including Word and Outlook
- Excellent typing speeds with attention to detail essential
- Ability to work as part of a team
