Secretary / Receptionist

Job Overview

My client based in Dublin 2 is looking for a Secretary / Receptionist to join their close knit team.

The role is full time in the office.

It is a Permanent position.


  • Preparing, stamping and filing of courts forms and proceedings
  • Amending documents, letters and emails
  • Filing - keeping hardcopy file up to date and in order to mirror Evolve file
  • Post management; scanning to corresponding file and physical matching of post to file
  • Diary management
  • Any other duties which may be required to ensure office efficiency.


  • Previous secretarial experience essential
  • Excellent computer skills including Word and Outlook
  • Excellent typing speeds with attention to detail essential
  • Ability to work as part of a team
