Job Overview

Duties include and not limited to :

  • General typing, including correspondence, minutes of meetings, progress reports, cost reports and power point presentations
  • Diary Management and setting up of meetings and conference calls
  • Booking of accommodations, and other ad hoc travel requirements
  • Printing of drawings
  • Assisting accounts with monthly reports
  • Updating insurance details for sub-contractors on internal IT systems
  • Cover for the main reception
  • Printing and binding of presentations
  • Setting up and managing information on internal systems
  • Creating order numbers on the internal IT system, Workspace
  • Ad hoc office duties when required


  • Ability to prioritise work requirements
  • Proven experience of handling multiple tasks
  • Attention to detail
  • IT Skills - MS Office packages and database experience
  • Meeting tight deadlines
  • 2 years+ experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
