SalesForce Customer Relationship Manager

Job Overview

Our client is seeking to appoint a SalesForce Customer Relationship Manager to join their growing FMCG team on a permanent basis.

Role can be hybrid after bedding in period - max 3 days per week.

You will join a team who are looking to develop, build and implement a company-wide CRM strategy using industry-leading best practices and tools.
Specifically, the CRM will be responsible for defining, developing, and implementing a Salesforce strategy and change management plan that maximises the adoption of the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Accountabilities:
Work with all business areas to define and agree the CRM platform (Salesforce) strategy
Plan and develop solutions that drive user engagement with the Salesforce platform
Analyse existing processes and make recommendations to better streamline Salesforce solutions to enable sales & customer service objectives
Work with cross functional stakeholders and technology partners to design changes that enhance sales, administrative & customer service user experience within salesforce
Drive proof of concepts to support design sessions with key business stakeholders
Execute strategy for how we operationalize changes to the Salesforce ecosystem, including testing, training, deployment, and support
Partner with enterprise analytics and business intelligence teams to develop and implement strong data quality processes and rules to enhance use of Salesforce data for reporting and analytics
Articulate and present strategy, progress, and results to stakeholders throughout multiple levels of the organization
Maintain relationship with senior management in all business areas
Stay current on Salesforce.com product suite, product roadmaps, and new capabilities

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business or technology concentrations required
3+ years of Salesforce experience working in a professional services organization, with demonstrated work experience implementing CRM systems
2+ years of professional experience in a sales, operations, or technology role
Experience implementing technology solutions and designing user experiences
Deep understanding of sales processes, software development processes, including agile methodologies, and data management strategy and tools
Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture and administrative processes
MS Office expert

Desirable:
Certified Salesforce Administrator

Work Environment
This role will be based between Limerick, Dublin, Northern Ireland or Cork.
The successful candidate must be flexible to travel up to 25% travel required as is a full clean class B driver's licence with access to own vehicle.
