Responsibilities : Sales Support/Administrator

  • Provide back-office support for the Sales Representatives and Sales Manager as required.
  • Provide Sales & Marketing support - uploading of imagery of vehicles, integrating these images from third-party sites and of vehicles at the dealership.
  • Registration of new vehicles and Registration of UK Car and Imports
  • Expedite weekly/ monthly reports for manufacturers on the progress of registrations

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Highly IT proficient
  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to problem solve
  • Time management - Experience in the motor industry is desirable but not essential
