Sales Manager
- Increase profitable sales of products ensuring Targets and Budgets are achieved, using a system sales approach as outlined by the Head of Sales
- Monitor Market trends, sharing insight with the Head of Sales
- Execute product sales strategies as defined by the Head of Sales, GM, and BU Director
- Work alongside Internal & External Sales teams to create and develop sales opportunities at agreed margins
- Manage and develop key accounts within Ireland to increase our share of the orders they place and work with them to develop and identify new opportunities as they arise
- Engage and promote a supportive and motivational ethos, to drive the morale and development of the sales Team.
- To communicate effectively with business teams, colleagues, and company managers/directors
- Assist with Irish marketing requirements and campaigns with Central Services Marketing Team
Requirements
- Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in a Sales role in the HVAC /Engineering and or Construction industry
- Level 3 qualification in Engineering, Business, or Manufacturing
