This Irish organisation have been developing a new part to their business where they are developing the land to become commercially viable and provide long term sustainable employment. Initially, this role will be a 12 month fixed term contract. You will report to the Sales & Product Development Manager and together you will develop sales and marketing strategies.

Your new role is multi-disciplinary in that you will be involved in sales, marketing and business administration.

Using your natural sales ability and great communication skills, you will close sales orders and contracts while promoting the brand and building loyalty nationally and internationally. As an experienced sales person, you'll have the ability to prepare sales plans, agree and deliver on targets whilst constantly seeking out new sales leads.

Also, using your business acumen, you will forecast and control volumes against customer requirements, keep watch over inventory levels and you will quickly develop an understanding of the drivers of change within the business.

This new role will give you the opportunity to assist in building marketing plans for various products and geographical markets, attend trade fairs, conferences and relevant expos where you will be able to use your honed networking skills. Excitingly, you will get the opportunity to travel internationally on occasion.

You will be visiting customers and attending exhibitions (when restrictions are lifted) - so a full driving licence is also needed.
