Sales & Customer Service Administrator

Our client, a well-established Irish company, based in Ringaskiddy, requires a Sales and Customer Service Administrator.
You will have at least 2 years of customer service experience gained within a production facility coupled with experience working on an ERP system.

Your duties will include:
Effectively managing supply of materials and identifying supplier trends to support the production plan.
Client Account management
Order entries
Document Control
Communicate with customers about orders.
