Sales and Customer Service Administrator

Job Overview

Our client a well established food company is looking for a Sales & Customer Service Administrator to join their busy office

Working as part of a team this role involves van sales schedules. The ideal candidate will be comfortable on the phone taking orders from customers and working in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience in van sales planning desirable but not essential.

Roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Daily routing of vans schedules; mapping the delivery route for the drivers to maximise efficiency, effectiveness and number of calls per day
  • Maintain and update the customer route database
  • Co-ordinate with various departments to ensure customer deliveries
  • Phone customers for their orders and schedule deliveries
  • Look to upsell other products the company has in its portfolio
  • Ensure all documentation is maintained in accordance with company procedures
  • Prepare and distribute weekly & monthly reports
  • Customer mailings
  • Manage social media platforms
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3 years customer service experience
  • Strong IT skills including experience with Microsoft Excel, Access & other relevant office software applications
  • Some experience in social media & updating websites
