Revenue and Payroll Administrator

Job Overview

We are working with a leading software company in Dublin 15 who have offices across Europe and America. They have a requirement for a Revenue and Payroll Administrator

The opportunity is for a person with both accounting and payroll experience to join the head office for a period of 12 months.

Your duties:

  • Ownership of payroll function for Ireland and the UK
  • Issuing ad hoc monthly debtor invoices
  • Preparation and first review of Group Balance Sheet reconciliations
  • Customer accounts reconciliations
  • Completion of revenue and payroll journal entries and other month-end-related activities

What you have:

  • 3 years' experience in Payroll processing
  • 3 years' experience in an accounting function
  • Accountancy qualification required
  • Strong working knowledge of accounting systems and a payroll software
  • Knowledge of Netsuite and Collsoft is an advantage but not required
  • Strong excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proactive with good communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work to tight schedules and adhere to deadlines
  • A collaborative mindset
