Retail Store Manager - Agri
Job Overview
FRS Recruitment are now inviting applications for the role of 'Retail Store Manager' on behalf of our client who is serving the Irish Agricultural sector in Tipperary for over 50 years. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a progressive and leading business. As a full time permanent role, this would suit someone with strong retail experience, communication skills and based in the South Tipperary region.
Role
- Support and liaise with the Branch Manager regarding the daily running of the store
- Work closely with the yard manager to ensure smooth running of logistics.
- Effective merchandising throughout the store enhancing store sales and meeting targets
- Ensuring the shop floor runs smoothly and efficiently
- Reviewing & managing online sales
- Liaising with sales reps and suppliers
- All administrative duties related with the above roles
- Supervise and delegate workload to other staff members.
Candidate profile
- Strong interest and experience in retail operations
- Ambitious with strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise work.
- Agri knowledge advantageous but not necessary
