Bathroom/ Flooring Sales Assistant

• Excellent Customer service skills, customer focused
• Accepting payments & dealing with returns - using EPOS
• Shop merchandising with attention to detail for store presentation
• Energetic, Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
• Sales-focused and strong sales skills
• Discuss our products knowledgeably with our customers
• Identify the customer requirements and offer the correct product solutions
• Following up on customer queries and quotations
• Stock control duties - Purchasing, maintaining correct stock levels & stock taking
• Explain and demonstrate features of products
• Interest in home design & construction
• 2 years minimum sales experience
