Ensure the store operates efficiently and effectively at all times and provides the customers with excellent quality products and services.

Retail Sales Assistant: Toy Store
* At least one year's experience in a role with in-depth experience in giftware/toys is desirable
* Experience in successfully achieving sales targets and KPIs
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
* Numerical skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Be creative and innovative
* A customer-focused individual who can build a quality and loyal customer base
* Merchandising of stock
* Drive sales with excellent customer service
* Deal with all customer queries efficiently, professionally and consistent with store policy
* Handling of stock and cash
* Other duties as required
