2 Retail Assistants for a Store (Boutique) - Rathfarnham & Stillorgan (Flexi-hours)
The main purpose of the role:
Ensure the store operates efficiently and effectively at all times and provides the customers with excellent quality products and services. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fashion.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- 1 years of experience in a role with in-depth experience in fashion sales is desirable
- Experience in successfully achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Numerical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Have a true passion for the fashion industry and as such be creative and innovative
- A customer-focused individual who can build a quality and loyal customer base
Main duties:
- Merchandising of stock
- Drive sales with excellent customer service
- Deal with all customer queries efficiently, professionally and consistently with store policy
- Engage with new initiatives and embrace new ways of working.
- Handling of stock and cash
- Other duties as required
