Job Overview

Job Title: Residential Team Leader (Person In Charge)

Location: Co. Sligo

Contract: Permanent (39 hours per week)

Salary: Negotiable (DOE)

Essential Requirements:

  • Have a qualification in either Nursing, Social Care, Social Work, Quality or Health.
  • Have at least 3 years supervisory/management experience in the area of Healthcare or Disability Services.
  • A relevant qualification in Health or Social Care Management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Be able to work on their own and as part of a team
  • Must have detailed knowledge of HIQA requirements.
  • Be flexible and willing to work in all areas of the Residential Service.
  • Have a full clean driver's licence and be willing to drive the company vehicle.
