Job Overview
Job Title: Residential Team Leader (Person In Charge)
Location: Co. Sligo
Contract: Permanent (39 hours per week)
Salary: Negotiable (DOE)
Essential Requirements:
- Have a qualification in either Nursing, Social Care, Social Work, Quality or Health.
- Have at least 3 years supervisory/management experience in the area of Healthcare or Disability Services.
- A relevant qualification in Health or Social Care Management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Be able to work on their own and as part of a team
- Must have detailed knowledge of HIQA requirements.
- Be flexible and willing to work in all areas of the Residential Service.
- Have a full clean driver's licence and be willing to drive the company vehicle.
