Job Overview

FRS are currently working with one of Ireland's leading charities. An organisation that provides one-to-one counselling services to people of all ages & backgrounds who have been affected by suicide.

We are looking for someone to come in at Management level to oversee a number of offices in the North Dublin and outskirts region. A background in Healthcare Management is essential for this position.

The role of the Regional Manager will be to provide leadership & management that are in line with the organisation's strategic objectives across the centres within the region. You will be required to support, guide, develop and motivate the teams within your area. These teams will consist of Counsellors, Team Leaders & Admin/Support staff. There will be 4 main offices that will be within the Area Manager's jurisdiction.

This is a full-time, permanent position. A 35 hour working week, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. 27 days Annual Leave per annum.

There will be a company laptop & phone provided and travel expenses will be covered when travelling between centres.

Essential Criteria:

  • Healthcare qualification & background in Social Care, Psychotherapy, Psychology or similar.
  • Management experience within a Healthcare setting.
  • Strong IT skills so that it can be used to maximise efficiency as the area manager.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across the organisation and with external parties also.
  • Strong organisational & analytical skills are essential.
