Recruitment Specialist - In-house: City West - Excellent Opportunity for a experienced Recruiter seeking a in-house recruitment role

Responsibilities of the In-house Recruitment Specialist: Liaise with HR and the managers within the Group to understand their recruitment needs. Build, maintain and grow relationships with HR and the managers through face to face meetings recording detailed briefs on client tracker sheet. Manage expectations with HR and managers during a difficult recruitment process. Maintaining communication at all times with HR, Managers and Candidates throughout the recruitment process. Manage all agencies on the PSL. Negotiate rates with agencies on current PSL. Provide progress reports where required. Candidate Management : talent pooling, assessment centres, job offers, etc. Make any recommendations/improvements as appropriate for the recruitment process.

Requirements for the In-house Recruitment Specialist: 3-4 years direct Recruitment experience either agency or inhouse, Good sales skills. High degree of confidence, Energy and Commercial awareness. As a Recruitment Specialist you must have Excellent presentation and Verbal communication skills with strong Organisational skills.
