Location: North Dublin

Hybrid working: 3 days office based, 2 days remote

This role will support all Area Managers across the frontline business to find solutions to hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will work collaboratively with Area Managers and stakeholders to develop a comprehensive understanding of their needs to deliver positive recruitment outcomes and candidate experience.
  • You will source and build talent pipelines for open roles using online and social networking resources, conferences, trade shows and employee referrals.
  • You will screen candidates against role specifications.
  • You will work consistently to deliver exceptional service levels to both People Managers and candidates by ensuring appropriate and effective communication at all times.
  • Ensure the applicant tracking system remains up to date as candidates progress through the various levels of screening.

About You

  • You will possess a passion for identifying, recruiting, and assessing talent.
  • Ideally, you will have 1-2 year's experience in a similar fast-paced high volume corporate (in-house) recruitment role or experience on an agency temp desk.
  • Have a proven ability to prioritise workload and to be highly organized, detailed and structured in a busy environment.
  • You will be able to adapt to changes in vacancy volume and shift priorities to support the business key growth areas.
  • Extreme flexibility and a strong ability to deal with change is essential for this role.
  • Working in a team-oriented, highly collaborative open environment comes natural to you.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, customer-service and the ability to develop relationships, negotiate and influence others.
  • Proficient IT skills are essential.
