FRS Recruitment are seeking to fill the position of Receptionist/Administrator for our client based in Tullamore. This is full time (5 months Fixed Term) Maternity Cover position. Due to continued growth there is strong possibility this role will lead to a full-time permanent role.
- Greeting customers delivering quality customer care and dealing with queries - Solutions offering
- Dealing with customer incoming calls and queries with effective communication skills
- Maintaining showroom standards and up keep of customer waiting area
- Maintaining companies Database (CRM) adding new information and updating current accounts
- Managing and assisting with Showroom events, launches and promotions
- Administrative support for the Sales and After-sales departments
- Assisting Accounts Department in various tasks
- Daily cash book reconciliations
- Preparation of Daily Bank lodgements
- Petty Cash maintenance
- Various administrative tasks in line with Business requirements
- Previous customer facing experience in a retail, reception or front of house role
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Experience in administration
- IT Literate
- Some accounts experience would be an advantage
