Our client a busy company based in Co. Kilkenny currently have a job available for an experienced receptionist to join their team.
You will be the first point of contact and will deal with all incoming calls and queries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answering Phones / switchboard and putting calls through to relevant personnel, taking messages
- Dealing with customer queries
- Data Entry, updating spreadsheets and database.
- Administration support to team and management
You will have:
- Computer Literate with MS Office skills
- Previous Office based experience, ideally 1 year +
- Excellent initiative and people skills
- Excellent communication skills
This job is a full time permanent position and hours are Monday to Friday 9 to 5pm
