Our client a busy engineering firm in Kilkenny are seeking to recruit an Immediate experienced Temporary Receptionist to cover sick leave
Main duties:

  • Meet and greet visitors
  • Dealing with incoming telephone queries
  • Arranging appointments and diary management
  • Dealing with incoming emails and queries
  • General ad hoc office duties


Skills required:

  • Proficient with MS Word and Excel
  • Friendly and professional telephone manner
  • A min. of 1 years office experience within a similar type role
  • Excellent attention to detail and organise
