Receptionist / Customer Service

Job Overview

We are seeking a Receptionist / Customer Service Rep for a busy front office position with a Killarney based business.

As a Receptionist, you will ideally have previous experience operating a busy switchboard with the ability to screen incoming calls, dealing with visitors to the office, dealing post and couriers.

As a Customer Service Rep you will dealing with incoming customer queries in a professional and timely manner, taking payments over the phone, setting up new customers on the database and general admin support.

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday, with staggered commencements times between 8 am to 9am and staggered finishing times between 5 pm and 6 pm. There will be a requirement to work one Saturday every four weeks between 9 am 1 pm.

We are seeking candidates with excellent IT and customer service skills, with a professional and friendly manner. Extensive training will be provided to the successful applicant.
