Receptionist / Administrator

Job Overview

My client who is based in Ennis is town is looking for an administrator/receptionist to join their growing team. You will be first point of contact for all customers coming into the store and also you will be required to make a number of outgoing calls (NO SALES CALLS) on a daily basis to customers to arrange appointments. This could suit someone coming from a call centre role who is used to dealing with customers on the phone or someone who has worked in a busy and fast paced office environment

Duties:

  • Diary Management
  • Front of House
  • Booking Appointments
  • Patient Care - look after all patients who attend or call the clinic
  • Administration

Requirements:

  • A high level of proven customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Previous office/secretarial experience is essential
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
