Receptionist/ Admin Support - Temporary

Job Overview

FRS Recruitment are currently recruiting a Receptionist/ Admin Support for 6-8 weeks temporary role based in Dublin 24.

Duties:

  • Administrative support of local clinics.
  • Preparing reports, letters, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and/or presentation software.
  • Providing administrative support to members of multidisciplinary team, including Area Manager.
  • Managing and maintaining diaries/schedules.
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining files, photocopying and general administration.
  • Petty Cash/Lodgements.

Requirements:

  • Must be available to start last week of November/ first week of December.
  • High standard of written and spoken English.
  • Pleasant and efficient telephone manner.
  • Excellent communication skills/ability to deal with people.
  • Proven organisational skills & ability to prioritise workload.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of administrative/clerical procedures and computer applications including MS Word, Excel, Access & Power point, managing files and records, preparing reports and other office procedures.
