Receptionist / Admin
FRS Recruitment are currently recruiting a Receptionist/ Admin for a minimum 9 months contract position based in Monaghan.
- Responsible for all visitors, from initial welcome to ensuring they are issued with correct security identification.
- Managing switchboard operations - answering the phone, directing the calls and taking messages.
- Supplier reconciliations.
- Liaising with suppliers.
- Dealing with queries and directing them to the relevant areas.
- Handling incoming and outgoing post.
- Managing and processing invoices and following up on outstanding payments.
- Min 1 year Receptionist / Admin experience.
- Excellent IT & communication skills.
- Attention to detail and good organisational skills.
- Knowledge of ERP systems - desirable.
- Excellent Customer Service skills.
- Flexible and adaptable,
