Receptionist / Admin

Job Overview

FRS Recruitment are currently recruiting a Receptionist/ Admin for a minimum 9 months contract position based in Monaghan.

Duties

  • Responsible for all visitors, from initial welcome to ensuring they are issued with correct security identification.
  • Managing switchboard operations - answering the phone, directing the calls and taking messages.
  • Supplier reconciliations.
  • Liaising with suppliers.
  • Dealing with queries and directing them to the relevant areas.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post.
  • Managing and processing invoices and following up on outstanding payments.

About you

  • Min 1 year Receptionist / Admin experience.
  • Excellent IT & communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and good organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems - desirable.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable,
