MAT LEAVE COVER - QUALITY MANAGER FOOD Our client, based in Cork city (just north of the city) requires a quality manager to join their food production facility (dairy) for a maternity leave contract (42 weeks). You will be joining an established Irish owned company, where quality and integrity are high priority. You will be reporting in to the technical director and joining an established quality team. As a key member of the site TACCP, HACCP, Internal and GMP Audit teams, the role will support the Technical manager to manage

Do you have a formal food science degree from an Irish University?
Do you have 2/5 years work experience in food production in Ireland?
Your duties will include:
The Food Safety and Quality for the site in compliance with HACCP, legal and customer retailer standards.
The site BRC, RSPO standards and Retailer standards.
The non- conformances and complaint investigations to ensure a rigorous approach to root cause analysis and that corrective & preventative actions are put in place in a timely manner.
The laboratory testing schedule and ensure all results are signed off and appropriate actions are taken for non- compliances in compliance with procedures
