The purpose of the QC Manager Job is to manage and co-ordinate a team of Micro and Chemistry analytical staff, and their leaders to ensure that the team are operating at the highest quality and productivity standards. You must have effective leadership and quality operational management skills.
Education / Qualifications
o At least 5 to 7 years' relevant technical experience with at least 2 years at a senior level of leadership.
o Excellent leadership skills and at least 3 years previous management experience.
o Previous responsibility for approving valid analytical measurements.
o Sound, fundamental knowledge of processes within pharmaceutical and medical device industries
o Thorough understanding of requirements for working in a GMP environment.
o Ability to quickly learn new processes.
o Willing to operate in a flexible manner and be able to switch priorities at short notice.
o Good team player, organised, accurate, have strong documentation skills.
o Passionate about quality and customer service.
o Good communication skills both internally and externally.
